You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. 7.2 betcuci reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a manifest pricing mistake. betcuci will notify affected Members and refund the stake to the Member's Account balance.

7.4 In the event of a technical failure that interrupts an active bet or game round, betcuci will apply the outcome available at the time of interruption where determinable. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be refunded to the Member's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betcuci Platform. betcuci reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to void all associated bets and balances:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betcuci Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10.2 betcuci's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 betcuci does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond betcuci's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. betcuci will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11.1 betcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member's Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, unresolved KYC requirements, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your Account for reasons of breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is due to voluntary closure or reasons unrelated to breach, betcuci will process any verified balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, net of any applicable bonus forfeitures.
11.3 You may request closure of your betcuci Account at any time by contacting betcuci support. betcuci will process voluntary account closures within a reasonable timeframe and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering retention obligations.

14.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
15.1 betcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, betcuci will provide Members with at least seven (7) days' notice by way of a notice on the betcuci Platform or by email to the registered Account address.
15.2 Your continued use of the betcuci Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
